FREE Boiler Grant

Are you fed up with sky-high energy bills every month? Does it feel like your old boiler is gulping down gas without giving you the efficient heating you need? You’re not alone.

The Energy Company Obligation (ECO4) Explained

The Energy Company Obligation (ECO4) is a move by the UK government to cut down carbon emissions and tackle fuel poverty head-on. It’s the 4th phase of this program, running from 2022 to 2026. The goal is to help low-income and vulnerable households become more energy efficient.

Who Funds ECO4?

Major energy suppliers are the funders of this boiler upgrade scheme. Large energy companies are mandated by the government to help improve your home heating systems and reduce overall energy usage.

01

Switching to a new gas boiler can significantly reduce your energy bills. We’re talking about potentially slashing your bills by up to 30%.

02

A new model can help reduce your carbon footprint because it emits less CO2. So you get some bonus points for being conscious about conservation.

03

Newer boilers are more reliable, so much so that they often come with a 10-year warranty. They include the latest safety features

04
Do you plan to sell your house? Investing in a new boiler now could be a great way to increase your home’s value down the line.
05

Our boilers come with a 1-year warranty, so you have peace of mind over the coming year once the boiler is fitted.

06

Don’t put up with a boiler that’s base level in terms of operation.

07
Energy-efficient models of boilers have been engineered to work more quietly for a more peaceful and inviting home atmosphere.
08

We know it can be frustrating waiting for your home to warm up after cranking up the thermostat.

What’s an EPC rating?

EPC stands for Energy Performance Certificate. It’s a rating system that tells you how good or bad your boiler is at saving energy. ‘A’ means you’ve got a really efficient boiler. Each letter following this is a little less energy-efficient. When you hit ‘G’, that’s the worst-rated boiler in terms of energy preservation. Why should you care? Two main reasons: lowering your energy bills and helping the environment. The better your EPC rating, the less you spend on energy bills. And a better EPC rating means your home wastes less energy, which is good news for the planet.
